By using poconostr.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Pocono STR Solutions, an independent business serving the short-term rental community in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Services and scope

Service descriptions on this site, including the on-site property evaluation (free once you sign up as a member), staging and presentation, photography and video, social media content, and exterior presentation help, are summaries. The exact scope, schedule, and price of any service are confirmed with you before work begins. Property evaluations are practical reviews of presentation and guest readiness; they are not licensed home inspections, appraisals, or legal or regulatory determinations.

Whether a property can legally be used as a short-term rental depends on township, municipal, community, and deed restrictions. Nothing on this site confirms rental eligibility for a specific property. Always verify with the relevant authorities and associations before relying on a property for short-term rental use.

Payments

The on-site property evaluation is free once you sign up as a member. The annual membership is $99, paid through the payment methods shown at signup (such as Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App). Marketplaces and listings

Investment properties, businesses for sale, vendor listings, and convention exhibitor content are provided by third parties. Pocono STR does not own the listed properties or businesses, does not verify every claim a listing makes, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a lister, vendor, or exhibitor. Evaluate each opportunity independently.

No guarantees

Content on this site is provided for general information. Booking levels, rental income, reviews, and search visibility depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, images, and branding belong to Pocono STR Solutions or are used with permission. Content on the blog is authored by the Pocono STR team; you may share links freely, but please contact us before reproducing articles.
